As the person responsible for the team onboarding & support, you will be in charge of:

• Managing the client support team
• Support Desk: manage client support, knowledge base, ticketing, collaborate closely with clients’ Controlling and Operations.
• Onboarding new clients: manage client onboarding procedure, develop standardized deployment procedures and tools.
• Reporting & Macro: designing report & client-specific macro and automation.
• Training: client training and knowledge-base management.
• Analyzing and identifying key trends for the business

Skills

• Strong experience in the bank/fund management industry
• Management experience
• Knowledge of coding and reporting
• An entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiastic, eager to learn
• Language(s): Fluent English and French is a plus

Technological environment:

Azure, ZenDesk, SQL Server, DevOps, Docker, Stimulsoft

As a development team member, you will contribute to all stages of the development life cycle (excluding implementation), namely analysis and backlog definition, solution design, development, and testing.

Your challenges/responsibilities will be:

• Designing software architecture and detailing technical specifications
• Writing efficient and clear program code
• Creating and maintaining accurate documentation
• Managing external resources

Skills

• General software development experience
• Long-term vision, quality focus, open-minded
• Language(s): English and French is a plus
